Key Social Media Manager Position Available

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to lead our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content, possess a deep understanding of YouTube marketing strategies, audience engagement, and content promotion.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase channel visibility and grow the subscriber base.
  2. Create and manage content calendars, scheduling posts and optimizing content for various social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube.
  3. Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and other interactions to foster an active and loyal fan base.
  4. Collaborate with content creators to promote video releases, special events, and collaborations.
  5. Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying trends, and using data-driven insights to inform content and marketing strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in YouTube marketing and social media.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on YouTube.
  3. A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement.
  4. Strong communication and writing skills.
  5. Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a passion for creative problem-solving.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualities:
  1. Paid advertising knowledge to run targeted campaigns for video promotion.
  2. A creative mindset to come up with new and engaging content ideas, marketing campaigns, and strategies.
  3. Trend awareness to stay up-to-date with YouTube changes in the platform's algorithms and policies.
  4. Time management efficiency to meet content publishing schedules and marketing initiatives.
  5. Basic graphic design skills can be beneficial for creating custom thumbnails and promotional materials.
  6. A/B testing capabilities to optimize video elements, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
