Business Development Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and customers.

About the Job

The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve sales targets by working closely with retail outlets, distributors, and other stakeholders.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for preparing daily sales control sheets, conducting product knowledge training, and monitoring outlet performance.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure that all POL products are displayed and sold on OGRA announced rates, with 100% correct quality and quantity.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting stock variations, recovering distribution margins, and encouraging dealers to achieve monthly targets.

Achieving these goals will require excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to understand all sales functional areas.
