We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team in an onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting compliance efforts.
  • Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger updates, and reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoice processing and vendor/client coordination.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit-related documentation.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (ACCA, CA Inter, CMA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a BPO or service-sector environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
