Financial Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage cash flows and banking operations, ensuring financial stability across our fast-growing businesses in multiple countries. The primary responsibility would be to monitor daily cash positions, prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, ensure optimal liquidity levels, and implement strategies to minimize risks.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare accurate and reliable weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Banking Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Treasury Operations: Oversee payment processing, fund transfers, and treasury-related transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks.
  • Investment Opportunities: Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities or banking solutions to optimize returns and minimize risk.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of treasury or financial operations experience.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of cash flow management, banking, and financial instruments; proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently with high accuracy and confidentiality.
