- Excellent communication skills in English, Urdu, and Sindhi, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on employee development and empowerment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact.
