Community Care Leader

Village directors play a pivotal role in providing residential care and support to children and young adults.
As a village director, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a residential centre that houses 150 to 160 children and young adults of various ages.
Your primary goal will be to mentor these children in a friendly, respectful manner while enforcing discipline. You will also help them prepare for an independent adult life outside the village.
To achieve this, you will work closely with a volunteer-based members committee and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a residential centre serving children and young adults.
- Mentor residents in a friendly, respectful manner while enforcing discipline.
- Support youth preparation for independent, adult life outside the village.
- Collaborate with a volunteer-based members committee and staff.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, Urdu and Sindhi.
- Computer literacy.
- Leadership qualities with emphasis on teamwork.
- Stable, positive personality with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in childcare and development preferred.
The salary and terms will be as per the organisation's pay scale. A free residential facility is available on campus, as per policy.
