Administrative Leadership Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes.

The role involves supervising and managing the administrative team, ensuring seamless information flow within the organization, facilitating other business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train and allocate responsibilities to personnel, including office space planning and management.
  • Evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and coaching to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines, monitoring inventory of office supplies and purchasing new materials while adhering to cost constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in financial planning and budget preparation.
  • Oversight of facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (electricians) to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Organize and supervise office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning) to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administration manager or leader.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental policies and legal requirements.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
