Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Enhancing Customer Experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tackle complex issues and service requests reported via various channels
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems using your expertise in Windows, Mac OS, and ITIL framework
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies on corporate resources
  • Provide Level-1 troubleshooting for network, systems, and software-related issues
  • Offer technical writing skills to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with technical writing skills
  • Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in ServiceDesk, Access, Incident, Change, Problem Management, and IT Infrastructure is preferred
