Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth for an ecommerce website.

  • This involves managing the ecommerce marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a digital marketing strategy that includes SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Driving traffic, sales, and revenue growth through effective digital marketing initiatives.
  • Optimizing website performance and user experience to maximize conversion rates and revenue per visitor.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Managing and mentoring the eCommerce marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.
  • Leadership of the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and coaching.
  • Data analysis and insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Digital marketing budget management and campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
