Employer Branding Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to showcase our company culture, values, and unique work environment to attract top talent.

This role involves creating compelling content (blogs, ads, social media posts, videos, testimonials, etc.) to highlight our employee stories, benefits, and company culture. The successful candidate will also manage and optimize employer branding initiatives across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and others.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related HR functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and analytical abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Create and disseminate compelling content to showcase company culture, employee stories, and benefits.
  • Manage and optimize employer branding initiatives across social media platforms.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure consistent employer brand communication during the hiring process.
  • Enhance the internal referral program through targeted campaigns to boost participation and quality referrals.
  • Encourage employees to advocate for the company as a great place to work through various programs.
  • Align the employer brand with the overall corporate brand and messaging.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of branding campaigns using metrics such as candidate engagement, application rates, and feedback from new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related HR functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop and execute unique branding strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools is a plus.
