Employer Branding Expert

This role plays a vital part in enhancing our employer brand by developing strategies that showcase our company culture, values, and unique work environment. The successful candidate will work closely with HR and Marketing teams to build a strong employer brand both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive employer branding initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Design compelling content (advertisements, social media posts, testimonials) to highlight our company culture, employee stories, and benefits.
  • Manage and optimize employer branding campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure consistent communication of the employer brand during the hiring process.
  • Enhance the internal referral program with targeted campaigns to boost participation and quality referrals.
  • Develop programs to encourage employees to advocate for our company as a great place to work.
  • Align our employer brand with our overall corporate messaging.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using metrics such as candidate engagement, application rates, and feedback from new hires.
