Human Resources Executive Job Description

The role of the Human Resources Executive involves overseeing all aspects of human resources and organizational administration. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's overall mission, vision, and goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Strategic HR Plans: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR plans that align with the organization's business strategy.

  2. Employee Relations Management: This involves bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues that may arise.

  3. Operational Management: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR function and department.

  4. Complex Issue Resolution: They will resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair, timely, and professional manner.

  5. Coaching and Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  6. Talent Management: Contribute to talent hunt, talent management, and succession planning processes to ensure the continued growth and success of the organization.

  7. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  8. Industry Trends and Compliance:

    Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure the organization's compliance.

  9. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Support talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as oversee employee onboarding and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
