Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled professional to work closely with designers, pattern makers and production teams to ensure garments meet the highest standards of quality, fit and durability.

  • Technical Support: The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting fit and pattern issues, providing precise corrections and follow-up to ensure accurate results.
  • Garment Construction Review: They will review and approve garment construction and finishing techniques to ensure durability and wearability, meeting our brand's quality expectations.
  • Collaboration with Pattern Makers: Working closely with pattern makers is essential in refining and finalizing garment patterns as per design intent and size grading, ensuring seamless transitions from design to production.
  • Tech Pack Management: The selected candidate must maintain and update accurate tech packs, measurement specs, BOMs and construction details, facilitating efficient communication between teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Leading quality assurance checkpoints in collaboration with QC and production teams is crucial to ensure sample and bulk quality meets brand standards, monitoring consistency in sizing, construction and quality across all product categories.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in technical design, preferably in western wear, with a strong understanding of garment construction, fit and quality control processes.
