We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Academic Support Coordinator. This position involves overseeing the coordination of academic support services, including peer mentoring and tutoring programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage Peer Ambassadors to ensure they are equipped to provide effective mentorship to students.
  • Track and analyze student data to assess the effectiveness of academic support services.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to develop and implement policies and procedures for academic support services.
  • Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, and other engagement activities for Peer Ambassadors and students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including students, faculty, and staff.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
