Solar Energy Sales and Marketing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing expert to drive the growth of our Pakistan operations and contribute to the development of the green energy market. As a Sales and Business Development Manager – Solar Energy, you will be responsible for developing new leads, growing sales, and supporting existing customers in assigned markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple channels to achieve business targets, leveraging data analytics and market research to inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client's journey.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, acquire new customers, and participate in industry events, promoting our brand and products to potential buyers.
  • Deliver high-quality sales presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and features, highlighting the value proposition of our solar energy solutions.
  • Manage the client's journey from initial contact to successful closure, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Strong knowledge of solar and other renewable energy technologies, including their applications and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
