
Live Chat Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric representative to handle live website chat for multiple domains.
The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage large amounts of incoming communications
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive dialogue
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and service team quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software
