We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric representative to handle live website chat for multiple domains.

The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Manage large amounts of incoming communications
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive dialogue
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet sales targets and service team quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
