Motive is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the company's human resources functions, including new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, including how a positive employee experience is created through effective onboarding programs. They will be highly resourceful and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and clear communication habits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational support for HR programs
  • Assisting employees and internal teams with various policies and practices
  • Oversight of new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Handling employee service requests within established SLAs
  • Proactively managing HRIS data quality and workflow efficiency

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, preferably in the technology industry. A bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience is required.
