Responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for assigned tasks, diagnosing hardware/software or networking faults, and solving problems remotely for clients. Providing technical support across the company and liaising with the Service Delivery Department to identify requirements are also key aspects of this role.

Additionally, this position involves proactive work with the recruitment team to onboard field engineers, updating clients on assigned tasks, and providing technical reports. Assisting field engineers with their technical queries and documenting procedural information are also important responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and familiarity with networking concepts and TCP/IP protocols are also necessary.
