We are seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist in process coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. They will also maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational databases, and monitor workflow to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

  • Handle internal communications between departments to streamline operations
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and presentations for operational review
  • Assist with vendor and client coordination where needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
