The Freelance Business Development Specialist will play a vital role in driving business growth by:

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the project nature;
  • Participating in online bidding on freelancing platforms and collaborating with global clients;
  • Estimating project prices, creating quotes, building rapport, and closing deals with clients;
  • Gathering client requirements and communicating them to the team for delivery;
  • Closely working with management or designated team leaders to complete assigned tasks;
  • Retail customer information and sales records while maintaining regular communication with current clients;
  • Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Requirements:
  • Upwork bidding experience with at least 1 year of interaction with clients;
  • Effective communication and presentation skills;
