
Lead Generation and Business Growth Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads, crafting compelling proposals, and converting them into lucrative deals. You will collaborate closely with the technical and marketing teams to identify opportunities, present value propositions, and expand our presence across various sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Bid on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, analyzing project requirements and responding to client queries effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and website leads, maintaining a strong lead pipeline.
- Work with the marketing team to convert leads from different campaigns, nurturing warm leads and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in bidding and business development on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development services, including Web & Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, SaaS, AI, and Cloud.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Able to write customized proposals, avoiding templates.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Sharp Analytical skills to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
