Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Generation Executive to join our team at Pro Global Technologies in Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales experience selling Practice Management, EMR, and/or Revenue Cycle Management Services.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and product demonstration abilities.

A hunter and new business development mentality is essential for this role. Familiarity with the healthcare IT industry, including PM, EMR, EDI, RCM, eRx tools, and medical practice workflow and operational issues, is preferred.

Sales Performance Metrics

This role involves closing sales of the RCM, EMR, and PMS solution to medical practices in defined regions and specialties.

The Revenue Generation Executive will be responsible for daily new business prospecting through the sales team and lead nurturing for small, medium, and large medical practices.

  • Analyzing prospective customer needs
  • Providing product and services information
  • Educating and setting expectations regarding the RCM solution
Responsibilities

The Revenue Generation Executive will also execute sales leveraging marketing materials, videos, portal demonstrations, and proposal documents. They must maintain ongoing industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition.
