    4. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  3. Record Keeping:
    1. Manage and organize office files, both electronic and physical.
    2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding document management.
    3. Regularly update and maintain office databases and systems.
