Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Post jobs for open positions, shortlist candidates, schedule and conduct interviews with department heads, and complete the hiring process.
  2. HR Documents and Data Management: Collect, maintain, and update employee personal data/documents, company HR documents, and payroll setup and policies.
  3. Employee Lifecycle Management: Process leaves and PTO's, monitor daily attendance, execute employee terminations/resignations, and conduct exit interviews.
  4. Payroll Management: Maintain payroll setup and policies, process payroll data, reconcile attendance, leaves, bonuses, commissions, advance/loans, and maintain provident, gratuity, and other funds.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Employee retention rates.
  • Turnover ratio.
  • Time-to-hire metrics.
  • Employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on people-oriented and results-driven approaches.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, labor law, and HR best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases, including payroll management software.
