Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Post jobs for open positions, shortlist candidates, schedule and conduct interviews with department heads, and complete the hiring process.
- HR Documents and Data Management: Collect, maintain, and update employee personal data/documents, company HR documents, and payroll setup and policies.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Process leaves and PTO's, monitor daily attendance, execute employee terminations/resignations, and conduct exit interviews.
- Payroll Management: Maintain payroll setup and policies, process payroll data, reconcile attendance, leaves, bonuses, commissions, advance/loans, and maintain provident, gratuity, and other funds.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
">- Employee retention rates.
- Turnover ratio.
- Time-to-hire metrics.
- Employee satisfaction surveys.
- Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on people-oriented and results-driven approaches.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, labor law, and HR best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases, including payroll management software.
