The role of an HR Business Partner demands a high level of expertise in human resources. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business success by aligning objectives with employees and management. You will maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Analyze and generate reports related to HR metrics such as headcount, attrition rates, payroll costs, and employee turnover
  • Act as the primary contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Manage performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and employee development
  • Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance soft and technical skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related HR role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence others in a complex, matrix organization
