Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) North

Interwood Mobel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the North region to join our HR team. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Refine and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and labor laws.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding; coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Generate reports related to HR metrics such as headcount, attrition rates, payroll costs, and employee turnover.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures; address employee insurance-related inquiries and provide guidance on benefits; handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and manage the separation process, including clearances and final settlements; conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to address concerns, provide support, and promote team cohesion.
  • Maintain updated organizational charts, job descriptions, and KPIs for all departments; oversee talent management, including appraisals, balanced scorecards, and organizational structuring.
  • Manage performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and employee development.
  • Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance soft and technical skills; evaluate their effectiveness and identify future needs; improve team engagement and performance through training and initiatives, addressing factors affecting morale and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related HR role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence others in a complex, matrix organization.
  • Experience in analyzing HR metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
