Procurement Specialist

Effective procurement is critical to the success of our organization. As a key team member, you will be responsible for acquiring all required accessories and providing them to the supply chain.

  • Determining if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
  • Responding to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
  • Maintaining records of goods ordered and received.
  • Locating vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interviewing them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
  • Performing buying duties when necessary.
  • Contacting suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
Key Requirements

A Master's or MBA degree, or a degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
