Job Overview:

  • This role involves growing the company's revenue by establishing strong ties with existing and new clients and exploring new opportunities.
  • Gather a thorough understanding of key customer needs, including activities like identifying project requirements in collaboration with the client and the project manager.
  • Work closely with clients to set and manage their expectations early, being mindful of potential issues that necessitate proactive communication to ensure timely delivery of the right products and services.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination between the client and the project manager.
  • Conduct UAT for assigned projects and provide detailed walkthroughs of the latest mobile app builds, features, and functionalities to assigned clients.
  • Provide exceptional support to strengthen client relationships and increase trust in our services.
  • A well-rounded client experience will enhance retention and open doors for upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth.
  • This position will be instrumental in shaping a client-centric approach and contributing to long-term business growth and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in sales and delivering tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for building relationships with professionals at various organizational levels.
  • Exhibit excellent people management skills.
  • Familiarity with the complete SDLC preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, sales, or a related field preferred.

Shift Timings: 8:30 pm to 5:30 am & 12 pm - 9 pm
