Business Development Professional

This is a full-time hybrid role where you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Main Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and market research
The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention. To be successful in this position, you should have:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills to meet sales targets and close deals
- Market research and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite to manage client relationships and data
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. Experience in the publishing industry is highly valued, but not necessary.
