We serve over 120,000 customers across various industries, including transportation, construction, energy, and manufacturing. As a Senior Enablement Specialist, you will focus on enhancing the efficiency of our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

You will play a crucial role in introducing new SDRs to our offerings, procedures, and sales approaches. Your key responsibilities include creating and maintaining an ongoing training plan to improve SDR performance and prepare them for advancement to Outbound SDR positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute onboarding programs for new SMB SDRs, ensuring rapid proficiency in product knowledge and sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain a continuous training roadmap to enhance SDR skills and performance in inbound lead qualification.
  • Prepare SDRs for successful transitions to Outbound SDR roles through targeted development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and create focused training solutions.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ramp-up time evaluations.
