Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Compelling Social Media Narratives: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives, target audience, and brand image.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various social media platforms.
  • Social Media Account Management: Manage social media accounts, monitor user engagement, and respond to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration and Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive and relevant.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of the company for events, video content, and other public-facing opportunities, and engage with customers while maintaining a consistent brand visibility and messaging across all social media platforms.
  • Advertising and Customer Service: Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns and collaborate with the customer service team to address customer issues and concerns raised on social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in social media management.
