Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to introduce our products and services to potential clients.
  2. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet performance targets.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve product offerings.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Track Record: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
  2. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
  3. Results-Driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  4. Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office software (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
  6. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
