As a Telesales Executive at 360SynergyTech, you will embark on a journey of career growth and development. The first three months are dedicated to comprehensive training and probation within our well-equipped learning environment. You will be guided by experienced Team Leads who will help you achieve your goals through targeted training programs.
During this period, you will gain hands-on experience with real-time client business process outsourcing solutions, adding value through your skills and contributions. Your tasks will include working closely with supervisors and Team Leads, running campaigns, and reporting back to managers and team leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for disseminating and delegating tasks as needed.
