Job Overview:

Motive empowers its clients with tools to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and productivity. The platform provides complete visibility and control, significantly reducing manual workloads through automation and simplification.

The organization serves over 120,000 clients across various industries, including transportation and logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and the public sector.

Key responsibilities include facilitating unbiased resolution of complaints and concerns, supporting open-door policies, and investigating legal charges or complaints.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary contact and ER investigator for employee relations issues.
  2. Conduct investigations of varying difficulty and sensitivity, providing recommendations for resolution.
  3. Manage assigned cases, ensuring timely resolution, and maintain detailed logs and documentation.
  4. Identify, investigate, and resolve employee concerns related to human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance.
  5. Facilitate the open-door process and investigate related complaints or legal charges.
  6. Collaborate with Legal and HR professionals to plan and implement ER processes, programs, and tools to enhance organizational capability.
  7. Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in HRBP, with at least 3 years in employee or labor relations.
  • Effective conflict management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
