Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

This is a dynamic position that involves overseeing performance marketing campaigns to drive results for our clients. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for strategy and execution, ensuring optimal campaign performance across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Target Audience Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of target audiences, identifying key demographics, behaviors, and preferences to inform campaign strategies.
  • Ad Copy Development: Design compelling ad copies that resonate with target audiences, driving conversions and ROI.

Campaign Management and Optimization:
  • Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Cost Per Click (CPC) and Conversion Rate Optimization: Drive CPC and conversion rate optimization to meet performance goals.

Analytics and Reporting:
  • Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, generating actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Reporting and Insights: Report campaign performance to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEA/PPC and performance marketing.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agencies or Tech Startups: Experience working in or for a digital agency or tech/startup environment.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
