Marketing Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance the firm's brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns in the legal industry.

This role requires a creative and innovative thinker who can develop unique marketing approaches within the context of the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the law firm's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners and attorneys to identify target markets and practice areas for focused marketing efforts.
  • Manage and safeguard the law firm's brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Digital marketing oversight, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), paid ad campaigns, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media presence.
  • Create compelling and informative content to establish the firm's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in community events, conferences, and sponsorships to increase visibility and strengthen professional relationships.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal marketing or professional services marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the legal industry, including legal practice areas, ethics, and compliance considerations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven insights.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly.
