We are a leading international consultancy firm seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales Professional to handle customer inquiries for our tourism department.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers inquiring about travel services.

Deliver exceptional customer assistance by resolving concerns, guiding through the complete process, and assisting with any issues related to our services.

Meet performance goals and weekly targets by consistently exceeding expectations.

We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred.

Call center or sales experience: 1 year preferred.

Language: English (required).
