Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and lead the Sales Team of your regions to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build and strengthen long-term relationships with Surgeons, Administrators and healthcare professionals.
  • Regular meetings with team and report directly to NSM.
  • Target-oriented position requires meeting of Sales target on annual basis.
  • Participate in tender & complete follow-up from pre-tender working to completion of project.
  • Ensure completion of sale including receivables in time.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.

This includes:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales performance.
  • Providing regular feedback to the team.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
