Job Summary

This leadership role offers a lucrative commission structure and the opportunity to shape the future of our sales operations. You will build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions, identify and establish relationships with new clients, and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and service gaps.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum 15+ years of sales experience in IT services, preferably within software development services companies. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, are all essential qualities required for this position.
