Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Office Manager to join our team at Pro Work Technical Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of call center agents, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Team Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to drive team performance, leveraging your expertise in leadership and communication.
  2. Operational Excellence: Analyze call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance sales and quality.
  3. Administrative Support: Ensure seamless office operations, managing resources and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  4. Training and Coaching: Design and deliver training programs to enhance agent skills, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in call center management or customer service roles.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in call center software and technology tools.
