Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing exceptional communication skills in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk reception, greeting patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments effectively, coordinating with patients to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments as required.
  • Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about services, hours of operation, and other relevant details.
  • Assist English and Spanish-speaking patients to address their concerns and queries, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Certify patient information, insurance details, and relevant medical history, adhering to privacy regulations and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain pre-authorization for specific treatments or procedures.
  • Process patient billing and payment processing, including co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, making courtesy calls for appointment reminders, follow-up care, and patient satisfaction feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
