Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with queries related to electronic fund transfers.
Your primary goal is to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. This involves analyzing and addressing customer inquiries and issues regarding fund transfers, maintaining knowledge of customer requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
Furthermore, you will ensure all documents necessary for transactions are processed efficiently and collaborate with designated departments to resolve complex customer grievances or special requests.
Additionally, you will communicate guidelines to customers based on established procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and address customer inquiries and issues regarding fund transfers.
- Maintain knowledge of customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure all documents necessary for transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collaborate with designated departments to resolve complex customer grievances or special requests.
- Communicate guidelines to customers based on established procedures and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., O Levels/Matriculation)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Age: 18-45 years old
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
