Job Description:

As a Complaints Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer complaints are acknowledged and resolved promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal staff, and external partners.

  • Liaise with the Complaints Manager to update and manage complaints processes and procedures.
  • Investigate complaints comprehensively and objectively in accordance with company policies and procedures, sector requirements, and client contractual obligations.
  • Communicate outcomes to the customer.

You will be responsible for capturing, documenting, and maintaining accurate information throughout the complaint process.

The successful candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, be highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle new incoming complaints and ensure complete information capture.
  2. Liaise with internal staff, customers, freelance interpreters, and the compliance team to investigate all issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service and/or quality/complaints function.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, promote team working, and share ideas.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake training needed to fulfil the changing requirements of the job.
