As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing tactical support and visibility to plant processes.

Key responsibilities include driving relevant analysis and reporting to ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance. You will also explore opportunities for cost effectiveness through focused improvement initiatives.

Job Description:
  • Drive standard cost budget in alignment with business objectives
  • Develop dynamic forecasts in coordination with finance and plant teams
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders for successful completion of production lines
  • Identify improvement projects and validate against established guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
  • Conduct product benchmarking internally and externally for similar products
  • Drive business review meetings with stakeholders
  • Provide accurate actual reporting and variance analysis
