As a Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization meets the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our compliance efforts and drive excellence across the business.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system that adheres to ISO standards.
  • Safeguarding compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Conducting internal audits and maintaining an audit schedule to ensure seamless compliance.
  • Identifying risk areas and developing internal controls to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and maintain processes that guarantee quality standards are consistently met.
  • Training and educating staff on ISO 9001 and the quality management system to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Analyzing and reporting on quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in ISO Standards and Compliance at a management level.
  • UKAS accredited Certification Body Management is highly desirable.
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • APM PFQ, PMQ, or PRINCE2 related qualification is a significant asset.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving goals and driving operations to completion.
  • Experience managing or supporting the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written reports.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A team player with a high level of integrity.
