Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
