Programme Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the programme team.

The Programme Associate will work closely with the programme team to ensure the smooth implementation of programmes consistent with UN Women rules and regulations.

  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of programme work plans, budgets, and proposals on programme implementation arrangements, including tracking the delivery of funds;
  • Support the executing partners/responsible parties on routine delivery and reporting of programme supported activities and finances;
  • Support the audit of programmes/projects and implement audit recommendations;

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative or programme management/support. Experience in working in a computer environment using multiple office software packages is required. Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.

The successful candidate will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration;
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative or programme management/support;
