Job Title: Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Coordinator

The Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework of Pakistan is fully integrated with Results-Based Management (RBM) approach.

This includes managing programme Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation (LME) activities, monitoring and assessing key results and achievements across UN Women Pakistan programmes, providing technical support on Results-Based Planning, Reporting, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, and supporting RBM and M&E activities of the Research and Data Section.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide specialized technical support on strategic direction
    • Support senior management on strategic areas;
    • Develop policy documents and briefs for use in development and presentation of innovative policy positions;
  2. Coordinate multi-stakeholder forums that UN Women leads
    • Lead preparation of briefs, concept notes and other strategic documents;
    • Facilitate coordination with internal and external stakeholders to advance initiatives.
  3. Prepare economic analyses to guide programming in inclusive and resilient economies
    • Prepare economic analyses to guide programming;
    • Develop briefs and concept notes for related initiatives.
  4. Contribute to programme formulation and reporting
    • Facilitate incorporation of monitoring and reporting into programme formulation;
    • Provide technical support to Programme Team and partners in developing Performance Monitoring Frameworks (PMFs).

Key qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in programme planning and monitoring, strong organizational skills, ability to synthesize data and produce analytical reports, excellent writing and communication skills, and fluency in English and Urdu.  The selected candidate will undergo rigorous reference and background checks.
