About This Role:You will play a crucial role in selling and delivering technical engagements during the pre-sales process.
You will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, assist with change management, and support the successful implementation of telematics solutions in customer fleets.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales to identify new business opportunities and deliver compelling solutions.
- Develop customer-centric strategies and solutions.
- Support clients through the change management process during telematics solution implementation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and operations.
- 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field.
- Strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.
- Technical acumen and ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
