We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and proficiency in the English language. They will also be familiar with freelancing platforms and have graphic designing knowledge, although this is not mandatory.
In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and call, providing accurate and helpful information in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, working to find effective solutions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience by identifying trends in customer feedback and proposing improvements to relevant processes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a patient and empathetic approach to resolving customer issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms, especially Fiverr.
- Graphic designing knowledge is a plus.
